ORDERING, PRICING, TRIALS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified, and shipment will occur when stock is replenished.

Charges will appear on your billing statement under a Live And Invest Overseas merchant identifier.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance. Each subscription period must be paid in full before service begins.

Cancellation requests may be submitted via customer service or by phone at 1-888-627-8834 or +1 (443) 599-1221. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy stated on your order form and confirmation email.

Trial periods are available to first-time subscribers only. Customers re-subscribing are not eligible for additional trial periods. Abuse of trial offers may result in refusal of service.

Customers participating in a free or limited trial must provide valid payment information for continuation after the trial expires. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends.

Prices may change at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before new pricing takes effect for their next billing cycle.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

 

UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or suspected violations of these Terms & Conditions and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

 

BREACH & TERMINATION OF ACCESS

If you violate these Terms & Conditions, we may suspend or terminate your access to any or all Services without notice. If we terminate your subscription for reasons unrelated to misconduct, you will receive a pro-rated refund.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any dispute related to your use of our websites or products will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nevis.
