Lodging and airfare are not included in your conference fee, however you can take advantage of the special hotel rates we have at the conference hotel.
In order to take advantage of the special Live and Invest Overseas rate, your reservation must be made through Live and Invest Overseas (unless otherwise noted). Upon your registration, the conference team will give you all the information you will need to make a reservation.
All cancellations must be sent to our conference department by email. For cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of the event, we will return your payment, minus a $250 administration fee per person. For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the event, the conference fee is nonrefundable—please note that the entirety of your cancellation fee can be used as a credit towards other Live And Invest Overseas events and products.
Credits need to be used within 24 months after cancelling the initial event.

Typically, our conferences are two-and-a-half to three days.
Premium Members, such as Panama Circle members, Belize Circle members, Private Access members, Personal Consulting clients, All-Access Pass members, Global Property Advisor members, or Overseas Retirement Circle members, receive special discounts toward their conference registration, as well as special recognition and invitations at our events. There is no dress code for the conferences. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing keeping in mind the city in which the event is held. You may want to bring a jacket with you as well, as the meeting room will be air conditioned.
Panama City’s international airport is known as Tocumen International Airport (PTY).
Belize City’s international airport is Phillip Goldson International Airport (BZE).

Yes, for events outside of your home country, you are required to have a valid passport that is more than three months away from expiration. Also note that in some rare instances you may be required by the airline to prove your eventual departure via return ticket (this is a moot point if you purchased a round trip ticket).
If you are staying at the conference hotel, you will most likely not need a car during the conference. If you would like to rent a car before or after the event, our conference staff would be happy to offer suggestions depending on the country to which you are traveling.
Conference attendees are not required to stay in the conference hotel, though it will be easier to attend all conference-related meetings and events.
In each country we have a preferred tour company. Please inquire with one of our conference staff members and we would be happy to make a recommendation.
Video cameras are not permitted in the conference meeting room, however we will be recording the audio of the event and all attendees will receive an edited conference recordings package a few weeks after the event free of charge.
